Responsible for the daily monitoring of food processing, food transport and food handling activities in the fields.
Collect and maintain record of all food quality results during project period through observations and direct interviews with stakeholders.
Carrying out community sensitization in the targeted locations to raise the awareness of local population about the project activities and outcomes.
Ensuring that information about CCR programmes and approaches are available to target communities, notably through the development of visibility leaflets, community orientation sessions, etc.
Conduct continuous site monitoring visits to check progress of project implementation and daily time-sheets in place to record participation.
Work with Food Safety Officer with support of the Project Manager to organize joint periodic site monitoring visit.
Submit weekly activity reports to the M&E Officer.
Document success stories.
Track-sheet of completed/not completed delivery of food.
Ensure adherence to CCR policies and standards.
Providing weekly and monthly analytical reports and recommendations to programme teams on the basis of complaints and feedback received from target communities.

Accompany the MEAL officers in the Monitoring and Evaluation visits to be conducted in the different working areas.
Support the MEAL officers in collecting information from the field sites, through questionnaires, observations and focus group discussions, focusing in particular on the following subjects:
Beneficiaries needs
Impact of HI activities on beneficiaries’ life conditions
Satisfaction of beneficiaries with regards to the activities implemented by HI
Complaints and feedback regarding HI intervention
Positive and negative impacts of HI intervention on the community
Properly use the data collection tools and templates, respect and apply the guidelines and standard operating procedures designed by the MEAL department and the mission as a whole and provide recommendations for their improvement when needed.
Ensure data collected is entered and verified on a weekly basis, using either Excel or KOBO (or any other tool used by the mission)
Transfer of data collected on paper into HI MEAL database and ensure the quality and accuracy of the data entered (data entry)
Support the MEAL officers with the analysis, extractions and reporting related to the database
Strictly respect the total confidentiality of the data collected and entered
Ensure security of the database and files, in all locations (offices, rehabilitation centers…)
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Support the MEAL officers on final data cleaning and preliminary analysis.
Support the MEAL officers or Manager in production of tables and graphics to be used in the final MEAL reports.
Promptly report on the collected information, participate in report writing.
Based on the information collected from the beneficiaries, support the MEAL Manager in formulating recommendations to improve HI activities.
Participate in sharing information collected, findings and recommendations to program and technical teams as often as required.
Report on potential problems, challenges, or constraints faced in the field to the MEAL Manager.
Ensure the liaison between the beneficiaries and HI; report all the cases that need to be referred internally or externally to the MEAL Manager.

On top of my previous duties and responsibilities, I was responsible for the following:

• Supervision: I am responsible and accountable for the performance of team, in terms of outputs, quality, efficiency and compliance with organization rules and policies:
• I am responsible for organizing activities and allocating team work in his/her area, in accordance with Food Security activities.
• I support the storekeeper in the stocking of food for the different processes to allow an adequately distribution of food to the refugees.
• I am responsible for having a good knowledge of his/her geographical area or target group, in collaboration with his/her team.
• Assist in the management of the cash side of the programme in Jordan to reach the goals of the programme in a timely manner.
• Help in the planning of the programme and schedule of activities including community outreach, registration of beneficiaries and prepare the charging of beneficiary bank accounts.

• Reporting: I am responsible for reporting to the Program Manager / Deputy PM on the daily activities of his/her team regarding the individual sessions, group sessions and other related activities through the daily reporting formats provided. Responsible for any commutation related to operational, safety, HR related issues.
• Develop a plan of action to coordinate the stores in a practical way.
• Provide the necessary reports to raise the performance and management of the stores and the company's policy.
• Ensure transparent reporting and CFW documentation in line with ACTED Compliance and Transparency requirements.
