I develop and detect new opportunities in Egypt, MENA, and Africa, relevant to
Hassan Allam Construction’s business in terms of size and scope and establish
the first point of contact to schedule meeting for business development
Director to present the company. Gather information about the necessary
requirements to work in specific countries/projects. Complete all Pre-
Qualification and banking funds documents received through company
management in a proper and timely manner to successfully pre-quality the
company for all relevant projects. Obtain new pre-qualifications documents for
relevant projects opportunities by establishing first contacts with clients and
work with the BD director up to submission of such documents and successful
Pre-Qualification. Contact clients to inform them about new developments
with the company’s business. Negotiating and re-negotiating by phone, email,
and in person. Design and develop company presentations as needed and
requested by BD director. Evaluate tendering sites, register our company for
the most suitable site, and monitor the website closely for new opportunities
upon company subscription. Work closely with BD director on QA/QC project
charters and KPI’s objectives to successfully achieve all targeted objectives on
time and with the required quality. Establish a strong database of projects to
be launched in the coming years. Prepare market analysis for countries the
company would like to expand in. attend conferences, meetings, and industry
events.
