• Produce outline system designs and specifications, and overall architectures, topologies, and design documentation of networks and networking technology within the organization.
• Monitoring network performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; in addition to network architecture for optimization.

• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems and networks.
• Installing, Setting up, design, implement Network infrastructure, domain and end user equipment for any new project and ensures that the projects are technically operating properly.
• Conduct regular visits to projects for preventive maintenance and ensure that all tools are working properly.
• Creating domain roles (Active Directory, Anti-Virus, print server).
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues (Active Directory)
• Managing and Handling all technical support responsibilities for DME administration premises and projects (9 projects all over Egypt).
• Troubleshooting DCs and all related Issues.
• Firewall Devices installation, configuration and monitoring.
• Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Replacing parts if required.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
• Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
• Perform regular backup for end users data to avoid any loss.

Job duties:
• Manage the configuration and performance management of all PC systems and telecommunications and Maintain passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment.
