• Follow up with Mandoop’s all Municipality, MOSAL, MOI, PACI, HOM requirements.
• Handling day-to-day operations of the Admin Affairs functions and duties.
• Follow-up residency formalities such as medical checkup, finger print, medical insurance in timely manner.
• Handling & maintain all Admin Affairs records.
• Handling a proper filing system & management of personnel files, on the basis of hiring, transfer, promotion, resignation and other modification data.
• Keep records of personnel for visas, passports, civil IDs, and other important documents.
• Process all relevant documents in reference to the criteria of immigration Dept., ministry of social affairs, and other official bodies in compliance with the laws and regulations.
• Send weekly updates to Financial & Admin Affairs Manager on visa status.
• Follow-up on residences renewal, & reminder for Employee Passport renewal.
• Follow-up on process of applications related to working hours & Attendance.
• Calculating the Medical leave according to the Kuwait Labor Low.
• Handling all Payroll requirements.
• Preparing monthly Attendance for HR Dept.
• Follow up with Mandoop’s all Municipality, MOSAL, MOI, PACI, HOM requirements
• Preparing monthly Attendance for HR Dept.
• Calculating the Medical leave according to the Kuwait Labor Low.
• Handling all Payroll requirements.
