Draft, negotiate & modify all type of contracts, subcontracts and claims for variations & extra works including new project.
Draft & amend all types of business commercial letters, notices, MOU, LOI, LOS & LOA.
Develop, maintain and modify financial / staff / administrative policy and procedures.
Ensure contract process flow, plan and implementation operationally & documentary.
Plans and manages annual budget by maximizing financial and operational performance.
Provide and approves budgets and budget revisions including materials list for each project.

Ensure contracts management documentation, EOT claims, proofread variations & financial settlements, cost control solutions & achievement of profit plans
Provide and draft subcontracts / establishment contracts / MOL contracts / suppliers.
Ensures that all contracts is in compliance with legal requirements, specifications and government regulations Authorities.
Procurement administration costs reduction
Following up with area managers for consultant / amendments / variations approvals.
Imposing terms of payments, penalties, retentions, performance guarantee & defects liability period according to employer original contract.
Set contract formalities according to FIDIC Red Book 1999 & client’s requirements.
Prepares and updates contract amendment notices / EOT claims.
Maintains an audit file that includes original contract, relative correspondence, variations, amendments, payment schedule and other relevant documents.
Assigned to different store locations to help on sales target increase and improvements.
