TITLE: Infrastructure Site Manager July-2018- up to date
Infrastructure site manager, Responsible about Infrastructure works for project MODON Oasis in Jeddah Industrial Area 4 Infrastructure Package A, B, C, D and pump station for wastewater with volume of work 190, 000, 000 SR, With official approval from Saudi Arabian Parsons Ltd (SAPL).
Functions & Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a large team of professional subcontractors to ensure effective project delivery.
• Report to the Project Manager.
• Co-ordinate and optimize the arrangement of daily activities tasked to the construction crews and external subcontractors to minimize lost productivity time.
• Determine and recommend labor force, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate direct activities with the other engineers and members of the construction team.
• Prepare different type of technical documents to be submitted to client such as method statement, pigging procedures, dig verification procedures, etc.
• Assist the project manager in reviewing of shop drawings, design proposals, method statements and other activities.
• Coordinate with technical office design engineers for resolution of related issues.
• Coordinate with the subcontractor engineers on scheduling and application of resources.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Ensure safety goals are achieved on the project and oversee implementation of safety procedures on the project.

• Manage subcontractor’s teams to ensure that feasibility, program, design, technical, quality specifications of projects are achieved through out completion and handover.
• Prepare, manage and keep all operating budgets for company properties.
• Responsible for design review and follow up with the technical office.
• Achieve the invoicing targets, control the cost efficiency and profitability of the assigned projects as well as to ensure proper follow up on collection.
• Determine and recommend labor force, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Maintain the daily diary and the daily reports by the inspectors.
• Subcontracts - Supervise the work of subcontractors. Coordinates the drafting of requisitions, subcontract scopes of work, amendments, and task orders. Project Manager, leading Project team for Haramain Hejaz Plot O25 ECW Infrastructure King Abdullah Economic City (567, 496 m2), guide the Project in all Authority Approvals related issues.
• Establishing and implementing the Project Management Plan and procedures.
• Manage internal and external teams to ensure that feasibility, program, design, technical, quality specifications of projects are achieved through out completion and handover.
• Responsible for design review and follow up with the technical office.

• Managing project cost/design cost, project schedule, project brief, quality (both of the real estate product as well as design documentation) and the project financial performance (KPIs) throughout the pre and post-contract stages.

• Communicate daily with field staff to review daily activities and project progress.
• Contribute to and assist The Commercial Department in developing procurement strategies that include and acknowledge design package deliverable requirements, design stage duration and milestones.
• Achieve the invoicing targets, control the cost efficiency and profitability of the assigned projects as well as to ensure proper follow up on collection.
• Undertake technical and commercial review for tender received and prepare related award memo.
• Preparation of relevant project development related legal documentation.
• Providing assistance to the sales and marketing team with the production of visual and collateral materials.
• Preparing executive updates, internal notes, internal memos, monthly progress reports, presentations, etc. as necessary.
• Ensure proper project closing through collection of all documents related to customer feedback about the project, project completion certification, invoices, and collection plan.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to involved staff and subcontractors.
• Conducting relationships with Consultants and Contractors, calling for presentations and updates from time to time to insure proper selection for tenderers based on the Tender nature.
• Review quotes, material requests, procured items, deliveries and on-site production to validate accurate fulfillment and quality control.
• Ensure all technical procedures adapted meet with approved corporate operational objectives by leading all aspects of the development process including feasibility, master planning, design, procurement, consultant / contractor appointment and project execution.
• Manage the approval and permitting phase of the development process and ensure approvals are in line with company requirements.
• Complete annual valuations and quarterly reports for the assigned tasks.

Supervision Civil and architectural activities, review and submit shop drawing
Monitoring and verifying construction progress and submittals at all construction phases.
Supervision Infrastructure works and review shop drawing
Drainage water system network, review and submit shop drawing.
Storm water system network, review and submit shop drawing.
Road works including Monitoring road base preparation and survey works, Witnessing Asphaltic layer application & testing, Road marking, Paving works, Signboard installation & Road crossing constructions
 Hardscape and landscape finishing.
Monitors and reviews contractor’s construction schedules.
 Prepare different type of technical documents to be submitted to client such as method statement, pigging procedures, dig verification procedures, etc.
 Assure customer satisfaction with the project execution.
Participates in contract claims and general claim avoidance
Coordinate with all engineering disciplines
Review all test reports according to project specification
Review construction and tender drawings
Supervision contractor’s performance
Attend meetings with main contractors if required to explain construction sequence and issues related to the installation of Post tensioning material on-site
Follow up with the technical department for design related issue
