- Ensure accurate financial management and actual onsite progress during project execution, handover and retention periods.
- Provide formal, regularly scheduled reports to senior management to track all pipelines projects budgets and onsite progress.
- Coordinate and deliver As-Built dwgs with manuals and warranties to facility management team and engineering data base.
- Overall Project quality management, resource management, cost controlling, scope and contract management, information and collaboration management, risk management, project planning and scheduling with all related reports needed for upper management action plans.
