- Project Team Leader (Supervisor) responsible for a team of Engineers and Technicians in adopting low voltage projects Include:Unified Communications (Converged) for Avaya Solutions, ICT Applications, ISDN Multi-Site Interconnections, Video Conferencing, CCTV, Access Control, and Public Address Systems.

- Supervising the installations, configurations and the maintenance operations for new AVAYA Media Gateways and Servers for new and current projects.
- To do all the necessary operations to maintain the process of major telecomm. projects include:

- Ministry of Energy and Ministry of Information
- Civil Services and Public Authority for Industry
- Crown Plaza, J.W Marriott, and Hilton Hotels
- Resident Engineer as Team Leader for the 5 Sites of Kuwait University (8, 000 Users), Responsibilities including the following activities:
- Networking with clients, team and group networked branches.
- Monitor Team performance and activity.
- Serve clients, identify their needs, problems and provide feedback on the success of filling jobs as required.
- Helping in troubleshooting day to day problems for the AVAYA telephony systems by monitoring and checking system Major and Minor Alarms.
-Troubleshooting the Networking DIOD for all the sites and checking the fiber Inter-connection to assure the Quality of Service is Available all the time.
- Distributing the Daily Jobs to all the technical company's staff and Kuwait University’s Asst. Engineers.
- Monthly Reporting the system jobs accomplished during each period to Kuwait University Management team and directly reporting the monthly operations and updates to Operations Manager at Al-Ghanim Industries.
- Recommend system necessary development and migrate operations to be included in submitted RFPs.

- Working for Installations and Maintenance in the Technology Group for Engineering Department, My job Responsibilities Included:
- Installation and configuration Telephone exchange Systems (Digital Key) for the following products: AVAYA (Definity), PROLOGIX, PARTNER, DSS & NEC.
- Troubleshooting day to day problems of IP /Digital/Analog telephony systems.
-To install IP Telephony equipment Media Processor and C-LAN Boards (Avaya Networks) to Provide IP telephony solutions.
- Interaction with client and maintaining their Telephone & Computer Systems.
- To do and support team members in troubleshooting Network problems.
- Able to work with structured cabling including Copper and fiber optic cables.
- Install & Initialize Cisco Switches & Routers: Cisco Router 2600 Series, 2500 Series, Cisco Catalyst 1900 & 2950 Switches.
- Install & Initialize Avaya LAN Work Group Switches (AVAYA Switches: P130, P330 & C460)
- Install & Initialize Avaya Media Servers and Gateways: S8300, S8300B, S8500, S8500B, S8700, & S8710, S8720, S8730, G250, G350, G450, G600 & G650.
- Good concepts of TCP/IP sub netting, Static Routing & Dynamic Routing protocols.
- To install and configure a complete SECURITY SYSTEMS for APOLLO Products including: Control Panels, Finger prints devices and Card Readers.
- To install and configure Observation Security Systems (CCTV) & Public Address Systems for Phillips’ Products.
