Joined Al Rashid Group, a multi-billion-dollar conglomerate, as a Chief Engineer back in 2014 and accomplished my way up to the position of Head - Building Services & ICT and successfully delivered more than 20 projects over 135M USD value. Later, upon acquiring the 3rd License of Cinemas in KSA, was assigned additional Charge of Technical Department in 2018.
Responsibilities:
My job is to achieve pecuniary success for the organization, while maintaining the utmost technical and safety standards for the Project execution. I keep check on the financial and technical aspects of Projects, Tenders, monitoring & control of ongoing projects, handling of vendors and change management.

Design & Value Engineering
• ArAr Airport, Gunfida Airport and Al Jouf Airport - Complete Engineering and Design Consultancy for ICT infrastructure and applications in collaboration with Mohamed A. turki Mott Mc Donald.
• Services and Electrical Design for Marriott Jizan and Marriott Executive Apartments Madinah Al Munawwarah, lead the team which carried out design and implementation of ICT Infrastructure and Applications, Digital Signage System, Physical Security Systems, Fire Detection & Evacuation system, electrical Room, UPS Room, VRVs and Operations Control Center.
• Construction of 30 Cinemas - ICT Infrastructure and Applications, Digital Signage System, Physical Security Systems, Fire Detection & Evacuation system, and Operations Control Center.
• Specialized Medical Center Hospital 2 - ICT Infrastructure, ELV building services and Smart Signage.
Contracts Management
• Contract finalization with Client and further contract preparation with Sub-Cons. Realistic preparation of Project Schedules and timely delivery.

• Site Acceptance and Mobilization Depending upon the nature Preparation/Approval of Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Change Scope & Additional Scope Approval and On-Site Monitoring of Project Works.

Reviewing tender documents including scope of work, BOQ, drawings and specifications
Enlisting all the items in the BOQ for the inquiries to be floated to suppliers.
Floating all material inquiries to the suppliers and Negotiation on pricing
Preparing technical/financial comparison and compliance with the project specifications of all received quotations to select the most suitable.
Technical Submissions
Preparation of Execution Plan for project which includes
a) organization chart, b) management plan, c) mobilization plan,
d) Inspections and Test Plan e) execution strategy for different disciplines in project
f) Work Schedule (Microsoft Project)
Preparation of QA/QC, testing, inspection, report and log register formats for the Project
Coordination Responsibilities
Preparation of shop drawings, coordination drawings and dimension layout plans for the approval of Consultant and submission at Project Site.
Coordination with site supervisors on daily basis and following up of all technical submissions by collecting data on daily/weekly basis.
Coordination with QA/QC department and HSE Engineer at site to have the most updated knowledge of all the hazard assessment, SOPs implementation and Material requirements.
