• Independently manages the daily workflow of new hires on-boarding locally and internationally.
• Partners with Recruiting Team to ensure seamless transition to the on-boarding process
• Offer issuance and salary negotiations
• Identify and clarify issues while working collaboratively with business lines to achieve prompt
resolution.
• Updating and following up with both candidate and business line about the hiring status.
• Assists with administration for Summer Programs

• Handling international hires on-boarding by coordination with international recruitment agencies.
• Administers background checks for new hires.
• Handling all payments process including out of payroll payments.
• Assist in candidates sourcing.

Experience in both bookstore operations and IT support.
• Able to troubleshoot PC hardware, communication and software problems and resolve as needed.
