Managing & supervisor team of collection officers, preparing the monthly report (Collection & follow up lists), follow up the letters send to the customers, & facilitate the instruction and procedure between the collection manager and the team.
In Manazel Specialists we following the due payment with the financial company (mortgaged company), bulk buyers (commercial & corporate), and individuals, set our policy to regularized the customer payment according their contract, re-scheduling the payment as per management review & send the legally notice to pay letters to the termination letter for un-responsible customer, taken in our consideration the market development.
• Regular Follow up with Customers for Collection
• Customer Correspondence and Reminders via telephone, E-mail, Fax, Post, Courier, etc.
• Liaise with Treasury Team on Funds transfer from overseas.
• Make Daily Collections MIS Report
• Develop periodic Collection plan/procedure with proper control in order to have smooth and strict collection process
• Verification of daily transactions and reports for their correctness and accuracy. Ensure that all transactions are posted and reconciled before the financial reporting.
• Periodic Reporting & Analysis with respect to the performance of Receivable function which helps the senior management in decision making.
• Preparation of weekly collection status reports to the Management.
• Preparation of Customer wise Aging Report
• Preparation of collection related reports as per management’s requirement.
