Monitor and Assess the Delivery of goods and services to a multitude of Departments.

Progress the evolution of our ERP platform by continuous improvements and customization to our evolving needs.

Support internal Stakeholders to receive the goods and services they need in an appropriate timeframe by scheduling and forecasting their demands.

Provide high-quality and effective procurement services to the following accounts/departments:

1) Facilities Management (mainly Electrical, Lighting & BMS)

2) IT Hardware & Software

Assess the current physical environments of key vendors and ensure that they are in-line with our Governance and Ethical stances.

2) IT Hardware & Software (incl. Maintenance Contracts follow up)
4) Security (incl. Barriers & Uniforms)
5) Administrative PPE (Incl. Masks & Sanitizer)

-Member of the ESG Committee and LEED certification team for Mabanee Company projects.
-Responsible for scouting/sourcing (locally & Internationally), evaluating, negotiating with suppliers/vendors, and initiating contracts to ensure consistency in quality and quantity of supplies.
-Responsible for receiving and handling quarterly requisitions across assigned departments.
-Monitor vendor/supplier/contractor performance, ensure contractor deliverables are met.
-Regularly update the system on necessary details and documentation of each vendor and contract.
-Support in process improvement projects within the organization to achieve procurement objectives.

Procurement all the supplies needed by Avenues Department as well as scouting for the right vendors to get job orders done for facility management and IT

Analyze market data, Analyze company performance, feed cargo shipping rates, prepare presentations and reports for management concerning company performance.

To provide services to facility visitors and to guide them through the various sections of the facility, providing answers as best I can.
