o Attend and answer all Site Technical Queries (STQ) related to stress, standard pipe support and special pipe supports.
o Troubleshooting field raised issues and providing immediate solution to the execution team.
o Monitoring the entire execution phase to make sure that the piping arrangements are exactly fabricated and installed as given in the drawings.
o Verify the requirements of vent and drain more than specified in the drawings to facilitate the hydro testing and any other testing on demand from unit.
o Review the documents & drawings of vendor supplied equipment’s, valves and skids to verify the piping requirements are meet.
o Ensure that safety measures are considered during construction and permits are granted after safety inspection.
o Follow up with quality inspection team to examine that the weld joints are tested for its integrity.
o Examining hydro testing process and approve the piping after completion of testing.
o Driving the construction team to complete the job on time as planned by facilitating the need of the contractors.

o Prepare piping layouts, isometrics and perform stress analysis as required.
o Prepare datasheet for valves, special type fittings & strainers, moreover coordinate with vendor to make sure that the right product is delivered at your home.
o Prepare the material list depicting all the materials, sizes, specification, special requirements,
o Checking of pipe routing with respect to Stress and pipe support design using Smart Plant Review.
o Preparation of Special pipe Support Drawings.
o Prepare the material list depicting all the materials, sizes, specification, special requirements, testing requirements to meet the design. This document shall be used as an input for a procurement team.
o Prepare specification for vendor quote and perform TBE (technical bid evaluation) at times.
o Selection of components such as valves, fittings, insulation, painting, welding specification, testing requirements to produce an economical design.
o Performs all required stress calculations as per working instructions and project specifications.
o Involve in HAZOP studies with team of mechanical and process engineers.

o Following up all fabrication & erection in the site.
o Following up and supervision pipe line.
o Review safety task analysis and work permits attend
safety toolbox meetings.
o Review erection equipment’s and monitors lifting
operation.
o Following up on welding repairs. (Q. C).
o Ability to identify the material.
