General Description of Role & Responsibilities:
_ Review Project Strategy and brief understanding prior to compliance review process.
_ Prepare detailed, unbiased, analytical Technical reviews.
_ Review functional architecture drawings prepared by design consultants
_ Preparing, reviewing and approving footprint drawings with land available, building offsets, structures and property lines. Locating stairs, escalators, lifts, columns with site conditions according to international and local building codes, NFPA, SCTH, operator standards and design criteria, etc.
_ Lead in finalization of conceptual drawings & architectural detailed designs.
_ Reviewing and finalizing Design Process, reviewing Detailed Design drawings including details.
_ Evaluate and review construction drawings and documents (including blueprints and narrative descriptions).
_ Ensure the production of complete, coordinated and approved different design stages, tender and contract documentation in compliance with approved Master Schedule and operator standards.
_ Evaluate and review construction specifications for all architectural elements.
_ Reviewing, responding to and acceptance of shop drawings, material submittals and design related questions.
_ Attending and leading design and construction coordination meetings.
_ Knowledge of design of landscape works.
_ Coordinating and developing the architectural design aspects of projects.
_ Interviewing and involvement on selecting architects in consultant teams working on projects.
