Meet and assess the vendors and their products
Driver to implement ITIL V3.
Change, Release and Configuration manager:
· Currently, we are in stage to implement the ITIL v3 framework.
· Meet with vendors to assess their products and offers.
· Reviewed the project proposals that made by Project Management Office.
· Gathered the requirement of business services and assignment group.
· Feed the CMDB on weekly basis with new CIs.
· Ensure efficient flow of Change Requests through
· Change Management process
· Enforce process and standards, and work to improve process.
· Assure there is a Change record
· Approve changes at unit level.
· Review change plan and ensure its adherence to standards.
· Participate in Change Advisory Board to review and approve changes across the organization.
· Provide leadership for Change Management process
· Accountable for the entire Change Management process
· Lead day-to-day operational activities in support of a Service
· May lead other technicians in this effort
I am working under IT Division at STC as outsourcing form TCS company.
Implement all policies, procedures, and processes that form the Software Quality Process, and
continuously follow up that it is being considered for assigned projects.
Creates test plans that identify all testing activities and requirements, and communicate them with proper
external parties, and with Software Test Engineers, and Quality Analyst for approval.
Report defects and issues on the issue tracking system, and audit the bugs reported by Software Test
Engineers, and follow them up until all are closed.
Performs any other QA or QC activities based on project needs.

I enhanced some changes and releases processes to expedite some changes by automated them or initiate a predefined process.
Coordinate with SIT(system integration Test), and UAT(User Acceptance Test) to schedule and release the changes to live environment.
Implementing KPI(Key Performance Inductor) and CSF(Critical Successful Factor) on change management and release management.
Delivered some release meeting to discuss the deployment plane.
Delivered some CRB meeting to discuss some changes.
