• Develop comprehensive construction plans, including timelines, schedules, and resource needs.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders.
• Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure work is progressing according to plan.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise between contractors, vendors, or workers.
• Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and other service providers.
• Ensure that all parties adhere to the project schedule, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Oversee procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work and final deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements.
