● Deliver advice to clients, proposing strategies to achieve short- and
long-term objectives for sustainability and Green energy goals.
● Manage the Hard and Soft FM services that includes specialist
services like Fire Life Safety, Water Tank cleaning, Waste
Management, and High Level Cleaning. Ensure all contractual
obligations are met.
● Always support the client during any emergencies in the
Avenue (On/Off Working hours).
● Support client with tenant space MEP reinstatement
of shell and core while handing over to inbound
tenants.
● Manage the contractual and variance invoicing
related matters of the project. Share quotes for
various ADHOC jobs within the site upon liaising with
Procurement department.
● Support client with additional manpower (HFM and
SFM) during events within the Avenue.
My responsibilities were as follows;
● Formerly managed the hard FM services (MEP and specialist
services) in all the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank branches (45 Branches)
across Dubai and Northern Emirates including Fujairah.
● Inform the Heads of Branches regarding any discontinuities in
business and ensure smooth transitions during the process.
