Practical experience:

- Representing and defending clients in civil, financial, commercial and human rights cases, in commercial criminal cases such as checks, in cases of family and domestic violence, legal counseling and preparation of prosecution, complaints and evidence lists.
- Arbitration (as arbitrator or arbitration lawyer) and reconciliation and mediation between litigants
- Representing persons before governmental and non-governmental bodies and institutions.
- Drafting contracts including leases, labor, financial leasing, public works (FIDC), real estate management and follow-up.
- Write all claim lists etc.)
- Writing all kinds of lawsuit statements and preparing data
- Full knowledge of all local laws, social security, taxes, personal, penal and criminal status
- Full knowledge of local labor laws and experience of compliance
- Knowledge of local laws / legislations.
- Criminal and misdemeanor attorney.
