- Core services include tax due diligence on Saudi Arabian targets and IPO applicants, coordination of Middle East inbound and outbound M&A projects and tax structuring advisory projects with a focus on private equity transactions and funds
- Initiated and fostered relationships with various US, European and regional private equity houses in connection with their Middle East activities
- Coordinated multijurisdictional Tax and Financial due diligence assignments with overseas EY offices
