▸ Washq Perfume Boutique (Muscat, 110 m²) — luxury fit-out with white marble, backlit shelving, curved fluted
panel reception desk, and branded accent wall.
▸ Alwshaq / Khabora Fashion Stores (Oman, 84 m² each, ×2 locations) — monochromatic retail fit-out with
illuminated shelving, marble reception counters, and lounge seating zones.
▸ Kaio Café Al Khaboura (76 m²) — full architecture, interior, and brand experience design including terracotta
and-green palette, exterior façade, custom murals, and furniture selection.
▸ Ether Office (Muscat Hills, 300 m²) — corporate workplace with dark-toned executive suites, backlit marble
shelving, open-plan workstations, and biophilic elements.
▸ Delivered end-to-end brand experience design for retail and hospitality clients — integrating architectural
concept, interior fit-out, FF&E, lighting strategy, and visual identity (signage, colour palette, custom murals)
into a cohesive brand environment.
▸ Designed 20+ luxury residential villas in Muscat (contemporary minimalist and neoclassical typologies),
covering massing, façade studies, landscape integration, interior fit-out, and FF&E specification.
▸ Managed procurement and contractor coordination for projects exceeding OMR 300, 000 in combined
budgets; maintained quality and schedule compliance across concurrent multi-project workloads.
▸ Developed photorealistic 3D visualizations (3ds Max + Corona Renderer) used in client presentations and
design approvals, reducing revision cycles by 50%.

across Muscat.
