• Supervision of preparation (96) Communication Rooms & Data center works:
Rack installation and labelling, Patch panel (installation, organizing and termination), Visi Patch (installation, organizing and termination), Fiber
shelf (installation, organizing and termination, and cable splicing), and USP installation.
• Manage IT project such as network, Cabling, Data center, Switching,
Routing, Security, CCTV, IP telephony, Access Control, and other IT
related Projects.
• Prepare plans for development and installation of data center according
to present and future requirements.
• Monitor all software and hardware products and ensure compliance to standards and systems.
• Administer installation and maintenance of organization data center.
• Monitor all activities related to analysis and implement all data center plans.
• Ensure client satisfaction and provide optimal level of customer services for various departments.
• Contact with LC/QC Engineers, Client and Consultant to arrange
Testing, Commissioning and Finishing Work RFIs.
• Troubleshooting & configuration Cisco switches (3750X Series)
• Gather and collate network requirements by working with clients and colleagues.
• Assist in sizing effort for the network part of projects.
• Assist in pricing for the network part of projects.
• Liaise with support teams, working together to resolve customer issues.
• Work as part of a team with excellent communication skills.
• Work with clients during all stages of projects.
• Highlight and document all network risks of projects.
• Coach more junior members of staff.
