Supporting regular office operations, screening phone calls and scheduling internal meetings. preparing office budget, record keeping and billing.

Process all documentation received in accordance with prescribed matrices within agreed timescales
Maintaining and registering of incoming and outgoing Engineering Change Notices and Site queries, in accordance with agreed process.
Processes both design and vendor documents in accordance to project procedures
Maintaining Project Document control process (i.e. tracking and reporting on Project document status)
Coach sales and service skills to team to retain existing and generate new business.
Oversee the discipline process, and developing team members through training.
Assessing customer needs, providing information regarding available products, services, or solutions to meet those needs, and processing transactions
Duties includes but not limited to, decide on type of products, identify and evaluate a potential suppliers and negotiate prices, ensure goods arrive on time and the suppliers are get paid and supervise packing products. Interpret sales forecasts, understand customer needs, expected to maximize profits and provide a commercially viable range of merchandise at competitive prices.
