Using remote connection tools to solve client’s technical issues. Performing hardware computer and Windows operating system installation. Performing upgrades and installing updates .Sitting up new equipment’s (IP wireless Printers, Cisco IP phone, Cisco switches & Routers, Access Point). Deploying server backups and system recovery. Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions. Document and track customer issues using a ticketing system to ensure quick solution. Updating and monitoring users account as well as policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues. Upgrading and updating networks systems & peripheral equipment. Performing periodic and preventive maintenance per checklist. Implementing antivirus installation and firewall configuration. Purchasing of IT Equipment and software in line within agreed budgets. Set up and manage email accounts using outlook.
Ensuring all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are delivered on schedule and to client specifications. Service/maintenance and installation of CCTV and Security Installations. Preparing reports finally training new employees.
NOKIA Aspiration project for STC (Modernization), installing integration and commissioning FDD/TDD 2nd 4th carrier, installing integration and commissioning Airscale 4G (1800, 2100, L700, 2300), configuration RET, configuration external alarm, installing power equipment including FPFH, configuration power cabinet Eltik, workflow as per FDED and SCO, troubleshooting all technologies 2G 3G 4G, PREPAT according to NOKIA standards, creating VLAN on Nokia transmission Flexi Packet 800.
ZAIN Maintenance Project. Provide instant solution for telecom technical issues, mechanical and electrical issues. Review and plan for the schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work for all transmission equipment (DWDM, OTN, RTN, TN). Maintenance of Huawei RTN 905, 910, 950, 980, Maintenance Ericsson Trunk (MDRS 155EN) & RBS 6000, Maintenance of Huawei BTS 3900, DBS 3900 (2G, 3G), Maintenance, Installation of power supply units (Power One & ELTEK) PBC 6500. Working with real-time reporting and survey software WFM, receive tickets, solve issues, close the tickets within exact time. Ensures planned outages are carried out/rolled back in maintenance window. Follow ups the customer for confirmation of solving their problems.
ZAIN Trunk Project. Coordinating with the team for customer service. Performing installation, servicing and repairing the technical equipment’s. Recognize the failure on the systems (GSM, UMTS, Transmission, for both Ericsson & Huawei equipment’s) and finding immediate solutions. Resolves customer software and hardware related problems. Follow ups the customer for confirmation of solving their problems. Upgrade software and repairing equipment in support of customer maintenance package. Provided on-site technical support for telecom, mechanical and electrical issues. Site survey and data verification/collection. Doing/building and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance per checklist.
