As a DCS operator YOKO GAWA Also now working in MTBE, propylene and propane production Unit in (SABIC) IBN ZAHR Saudi European petrochemical plant.
As a DCS Operator having an excellent operating Experience of MTBE, Propylene, Propane, 1-Butene Production Expertise in handling & operating Positive Displacement Screw Type Compressors motor driven and also steam turbine driven . Steam Turbine Pump, Regeneration for Dryer and Absorber and Refrigeration with compressors for chiller with Propylene gas, Isotropic Distillation Columns, Tubular Reactor, Methanol Separation Column, Oxygenate Stripper,
(ORU) Oxygenate Removing Unit, C3 Splitter and have best command for controlling the reactor Adiabatic Process and isothermally achieve best result of conversion of and ratio etc.
To ensure safe and smooth operation of the plant, by operating equipment, monitoring and controlling process parameters, maintaining and mainly producing good quality product without polluting our environment.
Panel Operator
Supervise team of 25 employee
Responsible of ( DCS -fraction unit, gas treating unit, LPG sweating and treating unit, thermal cracking unit, Desalted unit, compressor and steam turbine unit, De-Coking and Coke conveyor section )
Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
Train and coach production line employees.
Conduct employee performance reviews.
Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
Coordinate production Stuart, shutdowns, and changeovers.
Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels.
Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
Responsible to meet shift production goals.
Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications.
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
Communicate with other Shift Supervisors and Plant Manager.
Ensure a clean and safe work area.
Complete shift paper work.
Assist in production as necessary.
Other duties as assigned (writing weekly and monthly report)
