Developed Physicians/ Nursing salary structure, benefit matrix for fellowship/residency program, Qualification categories of all Physician levels as per HMG criteria, part time/income share, academic, locum (short term) agreements, Physicians salary guideline proposal, additional benefits/allowances addendums etc. Authorized signatory for approving & proposing/ recommending the salaries of all Physician levels i.e. Consultant, Specialist and Resident doctors across all the projects of Al Habib Medical Group. Building strong networks with recruitment agencies to enhance Healthcare talent attraction sources across the globe and manage agreements. International recruitment campaigns execution and participation for hiring Physicians. Evaluate market conditions, hiring trends, built & monitor data bank for Physician CVs & validation process. Set up effective sourcing channels & selection mechanisms.

Managed, organized and supervised the Talent Acquisition department to ensure effective planning and tracking of Talent Acquisition activities so as to facilitate the source and selection of the right resources at the right time with right cost across Kingdom. Worked with line managers in recruitment & selection process and managed both local and international recruitment for all positions liaising with the HR Manager and other departmental heads, coordinating with outside agencies like recruitment agencies, job centers, portals. Under direct supervision of the Head of Support Services department of MOFA, managed, organized and supervised the Talent Acquisition department & was responsible for recruitment, payroll, employee relations, appraisals of the projects. Developed the MOFA HR Department from scratch and performed all the HR related activities. Maintained confidential payroll records, was collecting, organizing and reporting financial information used in budget development. End to End processing of weekly/monthly payrolls, leave planning, vacation balance, end of service calculation, termination payments, processing increases, overtime enquiries etc. Coordinating with contracting companies for Medical insurance, new hiring joining dates, payment enquiries, Business tri ps, Training and orientation program/ expenses, deductions.
