Conducts routine testing of desktop operating systems and application patches/ on the desktop devices
- Creates desktop application packages, scripting .
Ensures desktop images are up to date with the latest configuration by doing frequent and periodic testing
Responsible for providing proper user education and training
Prepares monthly reports on desktops condition and status and responsible for addressing problems with Service desk as required
- Maintenance Devices Devices main lab computer and resolve the problem
- Training of new students and graduates
-Solve network problems - solving the problems of the teacher computers in in all university
-Solving the problems of printer
