Review, evaluation and providing comments/recommendation to all related documents for MEP Bid Packages submitted by Contractor.
 Receiving all the documents from contractor and ensuring that all information provided are complete for technical and commercial evaluation. (BOQs, drawings, specifications and all supporting documents required.).
 Quantity assessment from the provided BOQ against the tender drawing provided along with other supporting documents.
 Technical assessment from the provided BOQ description/requirements against technical submittal, project specification, request for information, client memorandum and other relevant documents.
 Preparation of tender documents (BOQ, Drawings, Specification. Etc.) in relation with the required MEP items or systems which will be send to suppliers for quotation, sending the inquiry and following up till the quotation were received.
 Commercial evaluation from the submitted commercial proposal to ensure reasonable prices were allocated for all components of MEP bid packages based on the commercial offer of all participating bidders.
 Commercial assessment based on actual market outsourced MEP quotation to ensure commercial offers by participating bidders are not overpriced.
 Providing comments, suggestion, recommendation and approval for technical and commercial aspects which based entirely on the completeness, accuracy, and reliability of the contractor claims supported by all necessary documentation.

Position: Estimation Engineer
March 2010 - up to present.
Responsible for estimation and pricing of the projects handle by the company.
➢ Receive and review tender documents (Drawings, Specification and Bill of Quantities) pertaining to Electrical Section of the works, i.e. MV & LV Installations, lighting, Small Power, Fire Alarm & Low Current Systems from Estimation Manager.
➢ Review the documents and ensure that all data required for pricing are available in the documents and ensure that documents are enough to provide cost estimate and segregate documents as per system requirements (BOQs, drawings and specifications)
➢ Preparation of Project Qualification and Material Specification. Prepare tender queries for missing information/drawing or any contradiction between the documents if any.
➢ Sending enquiries/request for quotation as per segregated tender documents to suppliers and receive quotations from various suppliers.
➢ Evaluate the supplier quotations against the tender requirements such as capacity, quantity, specifications, deviations etc. Make comparative analysis of all quantity & use the optimum solution.
