Responsible for payroll for all employees
Responsible for Calculate and hand out the salaries weekly and monthly payroll for all
employees.
Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel
file.
Responsible for Keeping Employees files Updating (all employees affairs)
Preparing and follow up the document of employees related to Probationary period.
Prepare necessary documents related to employees requests such as HR letters
Following up employee's terminations and resignations.
Preparing monthly transaction reports (New Hiring, Termination and resignations,
Penalties, Annual Increase, Vacations & etc.).
Updating all required documents and procedures related to HR as annual vacations,
sick vacations unpaid vacations.
Recording all employees’ treatment with company and make it updated which will be
used in performance appraisal.
Screening and short listing for CVs, preparing interviews and checking references of
applicants
Contact candidates for interview and manage interview time.
Responsible for preparing the daily and monthly reports and the rate of attendance and
absence for all workers and employees in the company.
