 Welcome customers and guide them to the right person.
 Provide professional and high level of services to clients.
 Promote the products and services and maintaining good customer relations.
 Handle all the issues /complains and follow up with the clients if their issue have been solved or any other service required.
 Answer all customers enquires and questions.
 Open accounts to the customers after give them suitable rate matching with them buisness .
 Follow up the delivery time with the destination and back to the custome if we face any problem and close the case on the system .
 Open accounts to the customer for shop and ship service .
