Managing applications, middleware and database teams to provide a wide range of services and proactive actions for the company IT. Responsible for the effective operation of information technology (IT) services and support across the organization, IT project management, resource management, supervision of IT staff, as well as communication with executive team, business unit leaders and end users, share in IT strategic and tactical planning, as well as identifying, selecting, and deploying the appropriate technology resources that will support corporate goals and objectives.

I Managed two teams for Oracle e-business administration and Middleware applications administration. Scope of work contains administration duties, provide technical consultation, second level of application support and share in business projects life cycle for Etisalat’s services like as ERP, Portal, SOA, Identity management and all application servers platform which are carrying business services like as call center IVR, Web service integration, CRM applications, Sales applications….
Build the team strategy and regular review it.

Prepare team forecast budget and get the required approvals.
Assist in creation the required management strategies to comply with the company’s improvement and future needs, and to ensure suitable solutions beforehand.

Ensure customer satisfaction by establishing methods, processes, and metrics.

Resolve team members conflicts, take the appropriate actions
Responsible for helping the team to resolve their tasks problems.
Lead technical implementation of one or more projects.
Identify business problem areas, and propose IT solutions as required.
Ensure adherence of standards for infrastructure, hardware, software and security policies.
Review project plans to evaluate and coordinate project activities.
