• Review Project Deliverable and ensure adhering to Oracle delivery Methodology
• Produce Project Plans including detailed estimates, work plan, quality plan, key deliverable, required resources, risks, issues and dependencies according to Oracle's quality standards.
• Ensure and promote contractual compliance within own area of responsibility.
• Manage the implementation of the Project Plan.
• Assign work packages to Project Team members, ensuring their buy-in by effectively leveraging their skills.
• Provide technical direction and support to the Project Team
• Monitor progress and cost against the Project Plan (including detailed time sheet tracking)
• Assess the impact of changes to the plan
• Manage issues and risks within the scope of work, escalating as appropriate

• Support the execution, control and successfully close the implementation projects on-time and on budget through completion of project delivery tasks including AIM deliverables/documentation assigned by project managers relative to an approved project plan and agreed upon delivery timeframe
• Run workshop sessions analyzing client requirements and recommending future state process and solution design.
• Lead the customer and facilitate the implementation of Financials/HCM Applications best practices.
• Meet or exceed expectations for billable utilization targets, internal project PMO deliverables, customer satisfaction and professional development goals/training plans.
• Continually develop deep FIN/HCM Applications functional knowledge to enable the development of innovative solutions or workarounds to solution gaps by leveraging existing functionality.
• Lead and Work with technical consultant to complete the required technical tasks such as reports, data conversions, interfaces and customizations
• Presenting solutions and conduct walkthrough/training sessions to the customer
• Manage and resolve Service Requests logged by customers (internal and external) on Oracle products and contribute to proactive support activities according to product support strategy and model
• Own and resolve problems and manage customer expectations throughout the Service Request lifecycle in accordance with global standards
• Service request resolution in a collaborative environment with the customer
