 Responsible for handling the “spare parts” orders which are received from Mantrac offices in Africa ( Tanzania / Uganda / Kenya / Ghana / Nigeria / Sierra Leone ) and Russia ( Vostok ) and forwarding the orders to CATERPILLAR distribution center in Belgium to know whether the spare parts are available or not.
 After receiving a positive reply from the distribution center that the contents of the order "part numbers" are available with their prices known, a contact with the office that has transmitted the order for a notification that the contents of the order are available and by stating their list prices.
 An acceptance confirmation regarding the shipment of the part numbers from Grim Bergen to Mantrac office who has demanded them should be gotten by written mail.
 After the acceptance confirmation, a contact with the freight forwarder in Belgium (mainly DHL DANZAS) so that the parts numbers are collected from the distribution center in Belgium and to ship those parts (by airfreight or sea freight) to the branch who requested those parts.
