Prepare Conformity Assessment Instruction based on the technical regulation and
the applied international standard.
Prepare the certification scheme for new regulated products based on the technical
regulation and in compliance to ISO 17067
Assess product risk levels, identification of product essential requirements and
applicable standards.
Review product test report referring to the specific standard and national regulation.
Prepare Initial Assessment form and arrange the physical inspection pre shipment
Guide inspection team to the mandatory requirements to be inspected
Review the inspection to identify the conformity level of the product before shipping
Communicate regulations updates with the clients through meetings to ease the certification
process
Insure implementing ISO 17020 and ISO 17065 requirements through all the conformity
assessment processes.
Generate and update company’s control plan
Define Quality KPI’s and following the progress
Satisfy customers by analyzing the claims and determine controls
Train Quality staff on problem solving methods and fast response activities
Enhance quality level of products by updating control plan
Follow up laboratory tests according to global standards and customer requirements
Ensure product compliance to the requirements of IEC standard and national regulations
Ensure QMS compliance to the requirements ISO 9001 and ISO 18001
• Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan
• Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
• Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters.
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
• Manage and maintain the Company’s quality inspection and product release

• Preparing and implementation mechanical and chemical tests ( salt spray - stress box - pressure test)
• Introduce and Implement 6 sigma philosophy and strategy in problem solving
• Train Quality staff for problem solving methods and fast response activity
• Manage the quality team to enhance quality level of products
