I spearheaded a project to streamline our social media advertising strategy. By analyzing campaign data and collaborating with a cross-functional team (engineering, design, and analytics), I identified inefficiencies in our ad targeting and content creation. I then proposed a new strategy that focused on creating high-quality, targeted content and utilizing a data-driven approach to optimize ad placement. Results: This initiative resulted in a 20% reduction in social media advertising costs while achieving a 15% increase in brand engagement and website traffic. My leadership and analytical skills were recognized by senior management, and I was awarded the company's "Innovation Award."
