Working in the authority since August 2021 in Human Resources department,
responsible for several tasks such as performance evaluations for the employees,
maintain physical and digital employee records, analyzing data, identifying and
communicating solutions.

Volunteered at various locations, including the Kuwait Society for
the Handicapped and Abeer 2. This experience helped me develop greater
compassion for others and a stronger sense of social responsibility. It also taught me
how to work with different kinds of people, understand their needs, and
communicate in a clear and thoughtful way.
