To provide consultancy work to FST' s CEO, Senior Programme Officer (SPO) and other personnel on follow-up and research programme. I also carried out investigative follow-up s, acted as an intermediary for the sexually abused children, FST and Children First on the programme. I investigated the problems faced by children during trial and after trial especially how they interacted with the police officers and court officials such as prosecutors, magistrates and even judges. I brought these problems for discussion to the senior personnel, counselors and social workers, medical officers, the legal and police and even prison department when necessary. I also came up with possible suggestions and solutions to solve intricate cases. I attended the monthly meetings with other stakeholders and advocated for the upholding of justice and children's rights at all times. I produced monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and yearly reports for FST and Children First. I also assessed services offered by FST, the police and the courts and gave them feedback so that they work on areas where need for improvement was.

Main activities and responsibilities
Oversee FST's counseling, social work services and other training and outreach services for Harare clinic and coordinate activities done by other clinics in this department. I assisted the Senior Programme Officer and the CEO on formulating and implementing some of the organization's programmes, polices and strategies in psycho-social issues and sundry. I can up with project proposals for sourcing for donor funding, income generating programmes among others for the organization and for FST's needy clients, groups and communities. Assess and evaluate psycho-social programmes of FST and wrote monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and yearly reports which I gave to The Senior Programme Officer.
