- Supports technical (IFC issues)/ engineering teams with project
requirements.
- Prepares Bill of Quantities from drawings and specifications.
- Maintains records and tracks Bill of Quantities and other
measurements according to the approved technical drawings.
- Preparing detailed progress daily, weekly & monthly reports.
- Preparing PMS of all the discipline works & Invoices.
- Checks, verifies and maintains records of built/ site measurements and
quantification for further approval.
- Maintains accurate records to help resolve contractual conflicts and
disputed claims with subcontractors.
- Supports and contributes to the tender and proposal process as
required.
- Identifies and analyses the commercial risk of a project.
- Visits offshore to check on work progress.

- Preparing and Verification of Final & Inter payments certificates.
- Estimation of material, Labour and Time.
- Taking out quantities Architectural, Façade, Structural, Utilities & site
development works.
- Preparing Change Order/Variation Order and coordinating with Clint for
approval.
- Supervise the work performed by subordinates and provide regular
assistance to other coordinators at Site.
- Issue Bill of Quantities for certain lots and submit to Site Management
and Supervisor for review and approval.
 Capable of preparation of short term schedule in Primavera P6.familiar
with resource loading.
 Preparation of daily and weekly progress reports.
 Perform all the work of the quantity surveyor and supervise him.
 Evaluate Claims and Extension of times issues.
 Verify and report the claimed executed work of Subcontractors,
confirming the stage of work accomplished and checking the progress
payments according to the accomplished work.

- Preparations of 3 weeks look ahead.
- Issue Bill of Quantities for certain lots and submit to Site Management
and Supervisor for review and approval.
- Preparation of Bar Bending schedules.

- Perform all the work of the quantity surveyor and supervise him.
- Preparing and Verification of Final & Inter payments certificates.

- Negotiating and drawing up bids for tenders and contracts.
- Monitoring each stage of construction to make sure that costs are in
line with forecasts.
- Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.
- Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual
matters including reviewing and drafting of correspondence.
- Prepare submit and negotiate project final accounts.
- Assist in preparation and adherence to project purchasing targeting
- Preparing and Verification of Final & Inter payments certificates.
- Preparation of Bar Bending schedules.
- Preparation of BOQs and analyses of rate.
