Provide a warm welcome and personalized service to guests.
Ensure the briefing and the rooming is done as per the hotel standards.
Ensure proper check-in of guests, Coordinate and communicate with housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check in.
Interacts with guests on a daily basis, listens to their requests and feedback during their stay and takes initiative to achieve service excellence.
Answer, record and process all guest calls and inquiries.
Carries out all delegated duties in accordance with the Hotel’s standards and checklists, and with Management instructions.
Handles customer complaints efficiently through appropriate interaction and/or referral to the Guest Relations Manager.
Ensure a proper hand over is given to the next shift.
Meets guests upon their departure and makes sure check out standers are followed.
Complete and perform designated cashier and closing reports in the computer systems.
Ensure guests expectation not only met but acceded.
Maintained positive relations with other staff and departments.
Strong guest contact skills and ability to interact with a different nationalities.
Strong communication, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Opera, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work under extreme pressure.
