Duties and Responsibilities:
 Establishing the Saudi branch (legal, facility, internal operation, inventory, team,
business, etc...)
 Full P+L accountability taking both commercial and operational responsibility.
Develop and implement the strategic plan for the company that covers Middle East market
(Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Oman, KSA and Kuwait).
 Sign and secure MRO contract with key customers in Saudi like Sabic and Sadara.
 Establish an effective network and develop different business models with the key industry
players (valves manufacturers) and maintain relationships to promote and enhance
business objectives.
 Identify new opportunities to meet the company goals.
 Ensure that business plans are within agreed budgets and timelines.
 Establish and maintain working relationships with the head office.
 Ensure the establishment of relationships with vendors, suppliers, and relevant third-
parties to support business objectives.
 Determine annual gross profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for
various sales regions; project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new
products; analyze trends and results; and establish pricing strategies
 Oversee operational and logistical aspects and maintain financial discipline.
 Motivate, encourage and reward high performance from employees.

1- Piping Network:
A- B2B Project (piping networks + Energy Transfer Station) - Abu Dhabi, UAE.
B- BMW Project (Piping network + Energy Transfer station)- Abu Dhabi, UAE.
A mixed network of carbon steel and HDPE pipes (underground and subsea) in addition to a
several valve chambers.
Our scopes were the procurement and the construction (PC contract) for the piping network
and the ETS’s in addition to network testing and commissioning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Acting as Project Engineer & Deputy Project manager through managing the complete
project activities in addition of performing general management and site works activities
to assure the prober performance and progress of the project through involving in:
- Planning Phase: Developing WBS (work breakdown structure), task, activities,
resources planning, conducting MTO (material takeoff) and preparing
procurement plan.
- Execution Phase: restructuring and managing the project team, assigning tasks
and determining the required activities to be performed, monitoring the
progress and the quality performed and taking corrective action when required,
- Monitoring and controlling the project cost control, solving problems appears on
the project.
- Closure phase: conducting pressure test for the system, performing
commissioning to the complete system and assuring the prober project closure
(Contractual and administrative closure).
2- District Cooling Plant:
A - Raha Beach Cooling Plant (45, 000 TR), Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Our scopes were the procurement and the construction of the complete mechanical work in
addition to network commissioning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Involving in the installation process of mechanical equipment’s like chillers, pumps, valves
and fabricated spools.
 Assisting the Department Head through preparing method statements and material
submittals in addition of handling several managerial tasks and assignments.
 Preparing Bill of Quantity for the project and issuing PO’s to suppliers, and assuring proper
material delivery.
 Handling third parties inspections and qualification.
 Monitoring project progress and recommending corrective action.
 General activates to assure the best performances for site activates.
3- Restructuring the District Cooling Department.
Taking the initiatives to restructure the current organization structure of the District Cooling
Department in addition to the projects teams.
