As a Customer Service Supervisor my job consists in providing direction to the Customer
Service Division by assigning, directing and reviewing work of staff. Supervisory duties
include training, writing, conducting performance appraisals, and assisting in department
budget preparation.
My work consisted on replying to customer complaints and to proceed with there orders.
On an other hand my other duty is to investigate and to take the right action for every report sent by users
My job at Younity is to process customers' orders by creating coupons, processing refunds,
locating alternative payment methods, and responding to customers’ complaints via mail
or a message on the company's website until the project is completed.
My duties at Byblos Bank included working on more than five different systems, each of which contains a variety of information and is used for a different purpose.
I also provided product information, took orders, addressed customers’ complaints, and processed returns.
my studies include human rights, labor law, private sector, general sector, criminal law
