During my internship at Marsa Maroc, I actively contributed to streamlining port logistics operations by supporting cargo handling, documentation, and customs-related procedures. I participated in monitoring import and export flows, helping reduce delays and ensure compliance with maritime regulations. By improving reporting and data organization, I enhanced operational visibility and decision-making within port activities. This experience allowed me to strengthen my expertise in maritime logistics, supply chain coordination, and digitalized port operations, while gaining valuable exposure to one of Morocco’s leading port operators.
