The project is a 5 stars Hotel & Serviced Apartments that consists of 2 towers each of 37 floors, 5 Podiums, Ground Floor, & 4 Basements. Folow up the Qs works (Payment Certificates, Variation Orders, Claims), Procurement Dept. (Negotiations, Orders, Subcontract Agreements, ), Technical Dept. ( Material & Shop Drawings submittals), Quality Control, HSE Dept., Follow the Cash Flow, Follow Contractual Correspondences, Weekly Meetings & Discussions with the Consultant/ Engineer & Client.
Project Manager for The One Tower Ptoject in Dubai where I was responsible for the preparation of mobilization, negotiation with selected subcontractors, follow up the preparation of work programme and QA/QC manual, etc.
