Joined Ali Bin Ali to be exclusively part of "haute perfumery Française" brand. Henry Jacques perfumery have been since 1975 privately operating for creation of bespoke perfumes to royalties and elite of the society.
Top luxurious destination with most exclusive and high end product for the VIP CLIENTELE.
I managed to built a CRM PROCEDURE to register all data of clients during each of their visits with or without purchase.
A full track of footfall and visitors tendency.
Beside covering over than 67% of the sale during the second quarter of 2019 till date of the boutique.


Achievements

Monthly top seller since the opening with over than 65% of the entire sales figure (hit the one million in less than 6 months).

Wrote a training materiel (over than 20000 word) about all the collection of Henry Jacques and perfumes in general.

Took the responsibility of managing the team and boutique for over than 2 months based on my experience due to the absence of Manager or Supervisor’s.

Appointed by the brand to be its presentative with top VIPs and the Royalty personal shoppers. 

Appointed by the brand and the top management to be the trainer for the new joiners. 

Created a CRM system to track all history of purchase and store visits for each clients, which helped the team work and easier perfume ceremony for every client in each of their visits.

• Implemented controls designed to reduce overall shrinkage levels to less than 2% for six month.
• Increased sales growth over 2 years to # 2 store in chain by raising the monthly average sales for more than 170%.
