* Responsibilities :

 Upload the units and buildings in EJARI
 Attending Client calls and recoding actions
 Generate leads in all Market aspects
 Receiving/checking the checklist as per the company requirements.
 Make sure all the required documents are valid and meet our check list
 Issuing the offer letter and (Lease -Licence) agreement for tenant signature within 48 hours.
 Receiving/checking the all payment cheques are correct and as per the payment plan.
 Issuing Ejari Contract within 24 Hours.
 Preparing other required forms (Payment Acknowledgments, VAT Form, Trade Name change, etc..)
 Make sure all tenants information are entered /saved in our Yardi and CRM System
 Complete the whole process of the deal in our CRM-Yardi system
 Coordinate with other departments (Operation, Fit out team, Finance) for tenant operating.
 Maintains files to ensure that documentation is up to date at all times.
 Prepare upcoming renewal list for (Retail, Commercial and Residential) three/Four months in advance.
 Sending renewal notification three month in advance before the contract expiry date (Email, Hard Copy and SMS)
 Following up for the bounced cheques and delay payment.
 Coordinate with other department for solving the tenants matters/Complaints
 Prepare a memo for early termination, Refund and others exception cases.
 Preparing the payment approvals for external agents commission
 Completing the process for non-renewal and Security deposit refund
 Preparing weekly/Monthly report for (Leased, Vacant and outstanding)
