- Supervise and monitor the performance of the section.

• Studying insurance proposals and providing quotations
• Gathering and assessing background information and various types of reports from specialists
• Analyzing result of major cases with the Medical Underwriting Manager and Company Doctors
• Issuing group policies, endorsements, insurance certificates and vouchers
• Signing endorsements, insurance certificates and vouchers.
• Providing support to the sales force, branches and brokers, and direct customers
• Providing orientation and on-the-job training to new employees and trainees
• Handling filing related to work
