• Conducting full technical feasibility studies covering all Capital and Operating aspects for more than 20 industrial projects, with a total investment of USD 187 Million for the 20 projects.
• Working on more than 100 assignments related to project evaluation, either before or after it. Also, executing Investment Reviews (special analysis for low performance projects to identify weakness areas) and an Industrial Study (Steel Pre-Engineered & Modular Buildings).
• Reviewing the machinery supply contracts, technical assistance agreements & technical know-how agreement.
• Working on both SME projects (USD 270, 000 - USD 5 Million), as well as Large Scale projects (USD 5 Million - USD 500 Million).
Modules: Operations Strategy for Industry, Financial Analysis & Control Systems, Business Strategy & Strategic Management, Quality Reliability and Maintenance, Product Design and Development Management, Organization People and Performance, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Marketing, Logistics and Operations Management, and Project Planning Management and Control. Thesis: Exploring Lean Six Sigma Extent of Implementation within Saudi Arabian Organizations.
