GreenHealth (LLC) is in its early stages and currently runs two social initiatives. The first, Shabablek Club (SC) promotes fitness, wellness, and environmental sustainability through sports in Lebanon. The second, the Green Health Institute (GHI), focuses on health initiatives in society and schools. In 2019, GreenHealth/Shabablek Club Initiative won the Tripoli Social Leader Program in Lebanon in collaboration with CSR Dubai.
Throughout my illustrious 15-year career, I have served as a Senior Management Advisor within the dynamic humanitarian and healthcare sectors, forging fruitful partnerships with a diverse array of entities, including non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and corporations. My unwavering dedication to providing invaluable consultancy and guidance services has been the guiding light of my professional journey. My expertise encompasses an extensive spectrum of competencies, spanning operational management, which includes HR, Finance, Procurement and logistics, Community management, health and safety, as well as Media and Communication. Furthermore, I have demonstrated exceptional proficiency in Programme Management, deftly managing Project management, Education Services, Health Services, Healthcare Quality, and Monitoring and Evaluation.
Throughout my journey, I have channeled my skills and knowledge into productive collaborations with over 13 clients across various global locales in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the Netherlands, and the United States. My professional voyage is marked by an unwavering commitment to excellence, and I have been privileged to make substantial contributions to organizations, leaving a lasting imprint in the humanitarian and healthcare sector by consistently elevating their capabilities and performance.
As director of two NGO branches in Beirut, I held a multifaceted role. In addition to overseeing operational functions like HR, Procurement, Finance, and Communication, I also managed programmatic aspects, including the supervision of Project Managers, Education, MEAL, and Mental Health coordinators.
Leading a team of 40 professionals, I coordinated the implementation of significant projects in collaboration with reputable organizations such as LHF-UNOCHA, DCA, AGED, USAID, UN-Women, and ZP. Apart from ensuring transparent reporting and providing guidance to departments, I spearheaded fundraising and media efforts. This involved organizing media campaigns, bedding, open events, workshops, and more. These integrated efforts led to successful initiatives that made a positive impact on the communities we served.
During my tenure as Executive Director of Rahma for Special Needs (RSN), I collaborated with esteemed organizations like LHF, UNICEF, World Bank, and others to drive impactful projects aimed at enhancing the well-being and integration of persons with disabilities in our communities. I oversaw vital departments including Rehabilitation, Special Education, Social Work, HR, MEAL, Finance, and Procurement, ensuring smooth operations and timely reporting. Additionally, I led fundraising efforts and chaired the media committee, fostering strategic partnerships and effectively communicating our mission. Notable achievements include the Digital Health PWD Platform attracting over 1100 participants during the pandemic, winning the Bronze Award for our Green Association Accreditation, and our readiness for ISO 9001:2015 Certification in 2021. We also contributed to policy development with ESCWA Beirut, Lebanon, advocated for PWD rights, and played a leading role in the PWD Lebanese Federation, consisting of 104 NGOs. Additionally, I served as a member of the Governance Body and Quality Committee of the Association, ensuring excellence in governance and operational standards across our organization and its network of NGOs.
As the manager of the King Abdulaziz International Airport's Primary Healthcare Center and 11 Emergency Clinics, I oversaw a team of 67 occupational health professionals. I managed the healthcare operation management system, occupational health educational plan, and the Occupational Health Awareness program, which disseminated weekly health awareness messages, policies, bulletins, and training announcements. Furthermore, I oversaw the monthly First Aid & Provision Report, which detailed all injured and infected cases and their statuses. Additionally, I trained 8000 employees in Safety Essentials and Hygiene in six languages.

As a member of Zahid Tractor & Heavy Machinery's recruitment team, I review and recommend qualified candidates for review, process candidate applications, and conduct overseas recruitment interviews. I modify CV databases, analyze recruitment costs, and monitor changes in the labor market, generating reports on costs, vacancies, selection, and response rates. Additionally.

As an HR Manager at Rahma Hospital, I oversaw all aspects of HR and was responsible for achieving the hospital's goals and objectives. With a staff of 250 employees, the hospital is known for its excellent patient care and rehabilitation services. Starting as an HR Supervisor, I was promoted to manage the hospital's entire HR process. I also served as a member of the hospital's Quality Committee.
5 academic years to complete two degrees (TS Diploma of Technology and LT Bachelor of Technology). It is on par with or comparable to Master (HBO) programs offered by accredited Dutch institutions.
