Firewall and IPS Administration:
o Instrumental in designing, implementing, configuring and monitoring the Bank's Firewalls, VPNs and IPS Systems and setting policies.
SAN/NAS Storage Administration:
o Performed the designing and implementation of SAN solutions using HP EVA5000, and SAN/NAS solutions using NetApp FAS3020 Filers and EMC Storage CX4-240 and CX4-120, CLARiiON.
Antispam Administration - Designed and implemented Borderware MXtreme solution. Also setup temporary Anti-spam solution using OpenSuse 9.3, SpamAssassin, DCC, Amavis, ClamAV, Apache and Maia Mailguard.
Blackberry/Intellisync/ActiveSync Administration:
o Significantly implemented the E-mail Mobility Solutions for the Bank Management using BES, Intellisync and OTA systems.
HIS/SNA Administration:
Spearheaded the entire gamut of the administration of Windows NT 4.0 along with 100 Windows NT Workstations & DOS nodes.
Carried out the configuration & management of services like Lotus Cc-Mail Clients, Backup Management using Arc Serve 6.0. Provided Desktop support for various applications and software to users on Windows NT Workstation, Windows 95 / 98.
Delivered LAN Support to the users including Hardware and Software solutions.
Provided LAN / WAN support with focus on Hardware / Software support, managing Telecom & Communication Systems and maintaining maximum network uptime.
Completed the following Projects:
Acted as a key member of the Project Team that Established the Entire Set-up of TMG.
Served as an active member in configuring 100 NT workstation, 2 NT Server 4.0 (PDC, BDC & Standalone). Provided access to users through Cat-5 Cabling, Intel Switch & Cisco 2610 Series Router.
Network Set-up at Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai.
Key projects executed included:
o Windows NT Desktop Security Implementation as per CISO (Citicorp Information Security Office) Policies in Windows NT workstations and Servers utilising the security features in Windows NT registry. Part of a 5 member team for the same.
o Implementation of Windows NT Network in Citibank, Andheri, Mumbai as part of a team of 4 personnel.
