As a productive goal focused, senior communications executive, I direct Marketing, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Brand Management, Community Relations, Patient Experience and Customer Service. I am energetic and passionate about the impact effective communication can have on an organization, its brand and its reputation. At RAK Hospital I have played a leading role in several significant projects in a short period of time including ‘Royal Maternity’ Program, our award winning Customer Service program, and Al Morshed, a mentoring programme for UAE Nationals in healthcare. I also oversaw the creation of the hospital's first 2 year strategic plan.
Proactively seek out partnership opportunities and establish communication and rapport with those businesses that can benefit from my organization services.
Take care of 20 countries in Middle East and Africa. These include primary and secondary level in channels and distribution.
Strategically market and sell durable medical and surgical equipment. Establish and cultivate positive working relationships with surgeons, hospital administration, physical therapy clinics, rehabilitation centers, and other health care professionals.
