Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Marketing in-house excursions and attractions to small DMC's and Hotels
• Responsible for marketing inbound products locally and international
• Manage Sales executives, Set objectives, identify knowledge gaps, train and coach them and monitor their performance
• Ensure that targets are met by regularly reviewing with the team, monitoring progress and identifying solutions to stay on track and reach target
• May help organize and conduct sales campaigns and participate in trade shows or other promotions
• Liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often one year in advance.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Maintain Key accounts by providing after sales service
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, product design and product development team to planning promotional
• Undertaking regular competitor analyisis to ensure the organization understand its position within the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
• Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Responsible for inbound activities (Excursions, Attractions, MICE and Hotel reservation)
• Marketing in-house excursions and attractions to small DMC's and Hotels
• Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise requirements, either during site inspections, phone meetings or email correspondence
• Maintain key accounts of corporate such as schools, universities, pharma, real estate firms and many more.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Maintains good relationship with Hotel concierge and dealing with reputed DMC's in Dubai, Sharjah and Abudhabi
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
